NIKE Aero-Static Dome at Design week Milan

It’s the Design Week in Milan and when its mainly furniture on display, brands have decided to make an impact as well. Nike have created this floating structuer called ‘aero-static dome’ together with miniwiz founder Arthur Huang. Miniwiz, famous for their innovative and eco design haven taken inspiration from the fly knit technology and based the massive structure on Leonardo Da Vinci’s triangular parachute and alexander graham bell’s tetrahedral kite. Inside each glass capsules units – anchoring the balloon structure – are shoes of the new kobe 9 elite low HTM displayed.
